Excel Group was founded in 1991.
Originally located on the east side of Lafayette,
Excel Group moved downtown in the late '90s.

Lafayette and her sister city, West Lafayette, are located just 50 miles north of Indianapolis in Tippecanoe County. Lafayette and West Lafayette are home to such renown organizations as Purdue University, Eli Lilly and Company, Wabash National Corporation and of course Excel Group. This riverfront community is home to approximately 130,000, with the surrounding counties nearly doubling that number.

Excel Group was recognized with a Silver Pyramid at the 1998 PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) awards banquet.  This award was in recognition for a Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce trade show promotion.  Using the theme "Race for Success," Excel Group partnered with 4 other local businesses to  create an award winning campaign.

The Excel Group is proud to support and serve a number of community organizations.  Our involvement with United Way, Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, Association of Advertising and Marketing Professionals, Lafayette Business to Business, and Purdue Alumni Association are simply a handful of the groups we support.
