Consultative Approach

The key to a good promotion is the ability to get your audience's attention.  We sit down with you to find out your goals, so we are able to find just the right product for your promotion. In order to give each client the attention and preparedness they deserve, sales representatives are available by appointment only. To schedule an appointment please call our office at (765) 447-4593 or contact your sales rep via e-mail.

The Order Process

Once you've met with a sales rep and decide what product is best for you and your needs, you'll receive a quote in person, via e-mail or via fax.

Once we've received your approval to proceed, the order will be entered into our system. You will then receive an acknowledgement with the expected ship date and prices. Do not pay from the acknowledgemen, but you need to review it carefully to be sure everything is correct. If you have an event that you will be using the promotion for please be sure it is referenced on your acknowledgement.

New Orders will also receive an art proof of your layout with the imprint information on it for your approval. If everything on the proof is correct you'll need to sign & date the proof and send it back. Your ship date may be affected, depending on how long this takes.

With the artwork proof signed & dated, the layout information is sent to be imprinted on your product. Production time varies from product to product and should be discussed with your sales rep.

Every week one of our customer service reps calls to check on the order in production to make sure everything is running smoothly and will ship on time. If there are any concerns or problems we will notify you.

When the order's been shipped you'll receive an invoice via fax or e-mail from which you can pay.
